DELIVERY

So that we can offer the whole Alpina range, we have weekly shipments from Alpina in Germany, so most items take about a week to deliver. We keep many of the most popular items in stock in the UK.
Orders placed before 1:00pm will
be dispatched that day (or the next working day if ordered
on a weekend) by Fedex courier. Orders placed after 1:00pm
will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery usually takes 1 or 2 working
days. We will email a tracking code to you when your item is dispatched. Please use this code on the couriers website to keep track of your delivery. If the courier has a problem, it can be quickly and easily solved by phoning them.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Yes, we ship overseas, simply select your country at the checkout.
For delivery within Europe the cost is £18.50
For delivery outside Europe the cost is £29.50
For international orders the delivery address must match the billing address.
RETURNS
Please print out THIS RETURNS FORM (.pdf) - or you can call or email us and we will send one to you.
Any returns received without the correct returns form will incur a restocking fee of £5.
The returns address is on the returns form.
You can return anything within 7 days, so long as it is unused and in it's original packaging. If you want to hire a good helmet for your ski-ing trip, use a hire shop ! (but it makes much more sense to buy a decent Alpina one).
