Product Description
We have taken a great deal of care to make sure our product information is accurate. However, discrepancies can occur. For instance, whilst every attempt has been made to faithfully reproduce colours, however computer screens differ.

Availability
We don’t like to disappoint, so we try to maintain a high level of stock and when you place an order we’ll tell you when it will be dispatched. But despite our best efforts, sometimes demand takes us by surprise and items become unavailable. If this is the case we will tell you as soon as possible.

Delivery
Delivery is free with Bikehead. In the UK we use 1st class recorded, so your item will usually arrive the next day. We also offer free overseas delivery.

Hassle Free Returns
Whether it’s the wrong size, the wrong colour or you just decide its not really ‘you’, we are always happy to exchange or refund any item if you return it to us in good condition and in its original packing within 60 days. Worn used or damaged items will not be accepted. The Customer is responsible for all returns costs in all situations.

Made to Order
Our garments are all made in our factory, which means we can take bespoke orders. If the colour, size and style you want are in the brochure, but not in the combination you want, we can combine them for you! Please call us to discuss the details. For Made to Order items there is a non-refundable supplement of 10% and the delivery times will vary throughout the year.

Refunds
We can refund you in full if you return or cancel your order. We can not refund more than the total cost of the order.
